The questions I get asked most

Do you take screenshots or record my screen?

No. No screenshots, no webcam, no keystroke logging, no app or website monitoring. Track4GVA records the hours you log and the task description you write. Your screen is your business.

What does the beta cost?

Nothing. During the beta everyone gets full Pro access, free, with no card required and no feature locked. When paid plans go live, beta testers get 30 days of Pro free before anything is charged.

What happens after the beta ends?

There will be a Free plan at $0 with up to 2 clients, time tracking, and a basic client time log view, plus Pro at $8 a month flat for unlimited clients and every feature. No per-seat fees and no surprise tiers.

How does my client see their portal?

You add the client in your workspace and share their portal access. It is read-only: they can view live status, the time log, reports, and invoices, and send task requests. They can never edit your hours.

What if I forget to stop the timer and need to fix an entry?

You can correct an entry, but the change is recorded in the change log with the old value, the new value, and your reason, and the client can see it. That is the point: corrections are normal, silent edits are not.

Is my data mine? Can I get it out?

Yes. Your hours, clients, and invoices belong to you, and you can export your time data to CSV at any time. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone.
